DIE NEUE MITTE ist die einzige Partei von 180 in Deutschland mit akkurater Information zum Nahost-Konflikt und grundlegender Strategie zur Konfliktlösung: Sofortiges Ende der Blockade von Wasser, Nahrungsmitteln und humanitären Hilfsgütern, Waffenstillstand, Auseinanderrücken der militärischen Kräfte, gleiches Recht für alle, Ende der Gaza-Blockade durch Israel, Wieder-Eröffnung des von der EU bezahlten und vom israelischen Militär zerstörten Flughafens Gaza, unter UN-Aufsicht, Stopp aller illegalen zionistischen Siedlungen auf palästinensischem Gebiet.

Anschließend kommen wir nach dem Scheitern des 2-Staaten-Modells zum einzigen Weg, wie auf lange Sicht Ruhe und Frieden einkehren können in Palästina – auch wenn dies im Moment sehr fernliegend erscheinen mag, ungefähr so utopisch wie noch 2020 der überstürzte Abzug aller fremden Truppen aus Afghanistan mit nachfolgender Taliban-Regierung – wie ich exakt so vorausgesagt hatte:

  1. Sofortiger UN-Truppeneinsatz mit Zustimmung der Palästinenser und Israels, auszuweiten binnen 12 Monaten mit Ende der israelischen Besatzung in den Palästinenser-Gebieten, Stand vor 1967.
  2. Volles Rückkehrrecht aller Palästinenser in diese Gebiete binnen 24 Monaten, auch zur Anmeldung und späteren Besiedlung im Zuge der kompletten Neuordnung.
  3. Allgemeine, freie und geheime Wahlen unter UN-Aufsicht in ganz Palästina, unter allen angemeldeten Berechtigten, einschließlich Israel, zur Bildung einer gemeinsamen Regierung, nach südafrikanischem Vorbild, binnen drei Jahren.
  4. Bildung einer ersten gesamtpalästinensischen Einheitsregierung, also auch für das israelische Staatsgebiet, binnen vier Jahren.
  5. Bildung einer neuen Verfassung für Gesamtpalästina, dazu Regelung von Ansprüchen mit einer Kommission und Rahmengesetzen, deren Aufstellung und Handhabung zur Volksabstimmung gestellt werden, binnen fünf Jahren.
  6. Sobald der rechtliche Gesamtrahmen steht, übernehmen die gesamtpalästinensischen Institutionen nach Stufenplänen die Regierungsgewalt in Gesamtpalästina, binnen sieben Jahren.

Ein Hinweis aus der Erfahrung in Südafrika und Afghanistan: Wenn der Übergang nicht frühzeitig stabil geregelt werden kann, wird er blutig – und die Zukunft kann kaum noch so gut werden wie die heute denkbaren Möglichkeiten.

Solution Proposal for Palestine as a Single (Muslim) State on Majority Vote Basis

DIE NEUE MITTE is the only party out of 180 in Germany with accurate information on the Middle East conflict and a basic strategy for conflict resolution: immediate end to the blockade of water, food and humanitarian aid, ceasefire, separation of military forces, equal rights for everyone, end of Gaza blockade by Israel, reopening of the Gaza airport, which was paid for by the EU and destroyed by the Israeli military, under UN supervision, and a stop to all illegal Zionist settlements on Palestinian territory.

After the failure of the two-state model, we then come to the only way in which calm and peace can be restored in Palestine in the long term – even if this may seem very far-fetched at the moment, about as utopian as the hasty withdrawal of all foreign troops in 2020 from Afghanistan with the subsequent Taliban government – as I had predicted exactly:
1-Immediate UN troop deployment with the consent of the Palestinians and Israel, to be expanded within 12 months of the end of the Israeli occupation in the Palestinian territories, as of before 1967.
2-Full right of return of all Palestinians to these areas within 24 months, including for registration and later settlement as part of the complete reorganization.
3-General, free and secret elections under UN supervision throughout Palestine, among all registered voters, including Israel, to form a common government, based on the South African model, within 3 years.
4-Formation of the first all-Palestinian unity government, including for the Israeli territory, within 4 years.
5-Formation of a new constitution for the whole of Palestine, including the settlement of claims with a commission and framework laws, the creation and implementation of which will be put to a referendum within 5 years.
6-As soon as the overall legal framework is in place, the all-Palestinian institutions will take over government power in all of Palestine according to step-by-step plans within 7 years.

A lesson from the experience in South Africa and Afghanistan: If the transition cannot be regulated in a stable manner at an early stage, it will be bloody – and the future can hardly be as good as the possibilities that are conceivable today.
